Pastor's Blog
Some people tell me that my mind works a little strange. I guess they are right. My though process is different. I love to think about things from different angles and perspectives. Sometimes, what I come up with is a Word from the Lord. Sometimes it’s just a mental exercise. It all starts with “Just A Thought”...
Fasting, Day 4
CommentsYesterday was my first day of a full fast. Please don’t think badly of me for telling you what I’m doing. But as your leader, I think it’s important for you to know that I practice what I preach. I’m fasting coffee and sweets for the entire 40 days. I’m also [...]
Fasting, Day 3
CommentsSeems like one of the Sunday nights I preached about fasting, I told you that fasting had the potential to make your senses keener. I know that’s right!
Fasting, Day 2
CommentsDid I mention that when you fast and pray, you are entering the devil’s territory? Please know that I’m not trying to frighten you, but I want you to be prepared. The enemy of our soul is not going to sit by and watch us come into his camp and claim back what [...]

Rain
CommentsSure enough, before I could get to Blacksburg, the rains began to pour. I had a poncho, but decided against an umbrella. BIG MISTAKE! Even heavier rains came and then the lightning began. It only took two flashes of lightning for me to make my way to safety. It was there, underneath the concrete bleachers that I heard the Lord talking to me.
3 Crosses
CommentsLuke 23:32-43
On a trip I made to the holy land, I purchased many gifts to bring back to give to family, friends and church people. One of the purchases I made was some small, olive wood crosses, that had a little figure on them that represented Jesus. One of the ministers chided me [...]
7 Ducks In A Pond
CommentsHow many times have we failed to receive from God simply because we didn’t want to do what He said or we thought our way was better?
